These terms help keep SecretPop safe, private, and joyful for reveal owners and their guests.
Using SecretPop
You may use SecretPop to create or join lawful, personal reveal experiences. You are responsible for information and media you submit and must have permission to share them. Do not use the service to harm, harass, impersonate, mislead, probe for private data, or interfere with another person’s reveal.
Owner links and accounts
A Google sign-in or private owner link may provide access to reveal settings and Time Capsule content. Keep that access private and tell us promptly at hello@secretpop.ai if you believe it has been compromised.
Photos, notes, and reactions
By submitting content, you allow SecretPop to store, process, and show it as needed to provide that reveal and its private keepsake. Guests are recorded only after explicit Reaction Capture consent. Owners may share a finished montage with people they trust; owners are responsible for that sharing and should respect participant removal requests.
Availability
We work to keep reveal timing, uploads, and delivery reliable, but the service is provided as available and may occasionally be interrupted by device, browser, network, or provider issues. Camera or upload failure will not intentionally prevent a guest from completing the reveal.
